We're a doorstep mobile repair service — you message us your issue, our technician comes to your location with tools and parts, and fixes your phone in front of you, same day.
2. What kind of repair services are offered by CellCure Hub?
Screen replacement, battery, charging port, camera, speaker/mic, water damage, software issues, and motherboard/IC-level chip repairs.
3. How do I place a service request at CellCure Hub?
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your issue, phone model, and location or you can book a repair in our website (cellcurehub.in).
4. How long will it take to repair my device?
Most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are done on the spot in 20-45 minutes. IC-level repairs may take longer and are explained upfront.
5. How can you help if I am unable to identify the fault in my phone?
Our technician runs a free on-the-spot diagnosis to identify the exact issue before quoting you anything.

6. Are all the parts used during repair from Original Equipment Manufacturers?
We offer genuine/OEM-grade parts as well as quality-tested alternatives across budget, mid-range, and premium tiers — you choose what fits your need and budget.
7. What if no doorstep service is available for my location in Nagpur?
If you're outside our doorstep coverage area, we'll guide you to drop off your device at our nearest service point instead.

8. What is the mode of payment?
Cash, UPI, or online payment — paid only after the repair is completed.
9. What if I am not satisfied with the repair service provided by CellCure Hub?
We offer warranty coverage on our repairs, so if there's an issue post-repair, we resolve it free of cost within the warranty period.
10. Can I cancel my repair request?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before the repair starts with no charge — we only charge once you approve and the work begins.
